Making Payment

*Payment to be made within 48hrs upon confirmed, with a notification email stating the following:

Terms & Conditions

Payment
- We only accept $SGD. Payment to be made via ATM or Internet Banking.
Cancellation
- Cancellations to be made before payment made. Orders will be placed upon receiving payment thus any cancellations after payment received will not be entertained.
Xchange Or refund
- Our orders are checked and ensure they are in best conditions before sending out.
- Strictly no exchange or refund allow.
- Item color and design may vary due to different computer resolution.
- No refund is to be made if the goods is damaged during posting.
- Pretty MaMas is not responsible for lost mails if buyer opt for normal posting.
Delivery
-Strictly no meetup. Only normal or registered mail is available.

In-Stock items
- All items are sold on a 1st-come-1st serve basis.
- Items will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days upon confirmed. If payments are not made within this period, orders will automatically be voided and be available to the next shopper.
- 100% Full Payment has to be made for all In-stock items.
- Upon ordering, a confirmed email will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Upon receipt of the email, payment to be made within 48hrs. Should you encounter any difficulties, pls do inform us early.
- Once full payment is received, orders will be sent out within the next 1-2 working days.
- We will not be liable for any lost mails by normal post. Hence, registered mail is recommended. Request for registered mail will incur additional charges depending on the package size.
Pre-Order Items
- Orders will be processed on the 15th and 30th of every month.
- Upon ordering, a confirmed email will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours. Upon receipt of the email, payment to be made within 48hrs. Should you encounter any difficulties, pls do inform us early.
- Pls visit our site frequently for the status update of your order.
- The entire waiting period will be approximately 1-4 weeks after our Pre-Order ends depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment. (1st week - send payment to supplier, 2nd week - supplier to sort the items, 3rd week - Items sent to S'pore, 4th week -optional).
- If the item which you have ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS), we will notify you immediately and full refund for that item will be made to you.
